Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the facility maintenance team, hire and supervise staff, and drive professional development. The role focuses on keeping equipment, building, and grounds in top condition to meet company standards.

You will maintain a strong safety program, support Lock Out Tag Out procedures, manage budgeting, and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and on-site vendor projects. This hands-on role requires proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Plastic injection molding experience required.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and supervising staff.
• Strong safety and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program
• Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects
• Other duties as assigned
