Job summary

Currahee Club in Toccoa, GA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the highest standards of facility operations for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage contracts and services, oversee mechanical equipment, coordinate safety and compliance, and drive guest satisfaction through reliable service and well-maintained surroundings. Weekend and holiday work required.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent required or preferred with related technical training.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Experience in supervising teams and coordinating maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, maintenance, and ensures cleanliness of the facility.
• Manages contracts and contracted services for maintenance.
• Oversees operation of mechanical and power equipment.
• Coordinates exterior property maintenance per company standards.
• Implements maintenance policies and ensures quality standards.
• Interviews, hires, trains, plans, assigns, and directs work; evaluates performance.
• Monitors manpower, productivity, and costs; manages department budgeting.
• Leads department staff and conducts training programs.
