Job summary
Concord in Atlanta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities.
The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, reliability, and strong teamwork to deliver a safe, comfortable environment for guests and associates.
Qualifications
- Experience in general maintenance or facility repair.
- Hands-on problem-solving with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
- Reliable and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
- Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
