Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in Facility Management.
• 5 years in HVAC, Facilities, Housing or a parallel industry.
• Knowledge of OSHA codes and regulations.
• Experience directing, planning and implementing strategic and operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all O&M work is performed per Technical Provisions and approvals.
• Manage change order requests and post-construction warranty activities.
• Lead a team of technical staff and schedulers/planners; manage budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure target performance.
• Read blueprints/as-built drawings and ensure quality CMMS data.
