Lineage Logistics in Baltimore is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining ammonia refrigeration, material handling equipment, and building systems that keep our cold storage operations running at peak performance. You will blend hands-on technical work with safety leadership, oversee CAPEX and maintenance budgets, implement preventive and predictive programs, and ensure PSM, OSHA, and EPA compliance while serving as on-call for off-hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial ammonia refrigeration maintenance.
• Proven leadership in technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAPEX planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct and develop a medium to large team of technicians.
• Ammonia Refrigeration System Oversight: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ammonia refrigeration systems.
• CAPEX & Budgeting: Develop and manage maintenance budgets to support efficiency.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Implement programs to maximize uptime.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to PSM/RMP, OSHA, EPA, and safety standards.
