Qualifications

• 3 years facility maintenance management experience.
• Experience around ammonia, Freon and/or CO2 refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan.
• Mechanical and electrical fundamentals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20F to 100F in storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports.
• Ensure adherence to fire, safety, and health programs.
• Collaborate with Facility Maintenance Manager to align with priorities and budgets.
• Plan and schedule maintenance workload using CMMS.
• Recommend capital expenditure projects and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate electrical maintenance activities.
• Participate in energy-efficiency projects with Lineage Energy Management.
