Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Technician with industrial ammonia refrigeration experience to join our fast-paced operation in Henderson, Colorado. You will work on refrigeration, facility, and warehouse equipment with an experienced team to keep our operations safe and efficient.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance on ammonia systems, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, and document work in our CMMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• 1-2 years in industrial ammonia refrigeration or equivalent trade school training.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read diagrams (P&IDs a plus).
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, condensers, and other refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain electrical systems, motors, controls, and production equipment.
• Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, mechanical systems, and building repairs.
• Inspect and repair material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules and document work in CMMS.
• Communicate equipment issues and recommend improvements to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety, PSM, and company procedures around ammonia systems.
• Partner with contractors and vendors to support maintenance projects.
