Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Henderson, CO is seeking a maintenance technician with industrial ammonia refrigeration experience to help keep our refrigeration systems, facility equipment, and warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, condensers, and electrical systems, and document all work in CMMS. Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or similar environments.
• 1-2 years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience (or equivalent trade school training).
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to read equipment diagrams (P&IDs are a plus).
• Experience using a CMMS for work orders and preventative maintenance is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably.
• Troubleshoot and maintain compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, condensers, and other refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, controls, and production equipment.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing, mechanical systems, and building repairs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules and document work in our CMMS system.
• Communicate equipment issues and recommend improvements to help minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety, PSM, and company procedures while working around ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Partner with contractors and vendors when needed to support maintenance projects.
