Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer at our Virginia manufacturing site. The role focuses on maintaining LEGO packing equipment, applying TPM principles, and driving efficiency and safety.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce maintenance costs and improve line performance. The position requires expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, PLC/Wiring/HMI, and strong problem-solving abilities, with a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Associates/technical degree or certificate as preferred.
• Extensive experience in automation, robotics, and maintenance fields.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LEGO equipment reliability through TPM and safe, efficient operation.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (5S, PPS, RIE) and rollout of new machinery.
• Train and mentor team members in mechanical, electrical, and OT topics.
