Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the facility maintenance team, hire, supervise, and develop staff while promoting continuous education. You will ensure equipment, building, and grounds meet company standards and safety priorities.

The role requires managing budget, overseeing vendor projects, and driving preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. You will support capital equipment purchases and installation in the plant.

Job description

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program
• Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects
• Other duties as assigned
