Job summary

Job description

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (typically)

Key Responsibilities:

• Team leadership: Manage, train, and supervise maintenance staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a safe work environment. Work directly with the vendors to achieve proper outcomes.
• Maintenance and repair: Oversee all maintenance procedures, including scheduling preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, and managing installation of new systems.
• Operational efficiency: Analyze current processes, implement measures to minimize breakdowns, and troubleshooting problems to reduce downtime.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conduct safety inspections, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Budget and inventory: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, control parts inventory, and negotiate with vendors for parts and services.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history. Comply with out regulatory procedures.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments and leadership to support production goals and ensure plant reliability. Work with the Plant managers to ensure business needs are met.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• 4 years of Industrial electrical experience.
