Dyno Nobel, Inc. is commissioning and startup a new TNT manufacturing plant in Graham, Kentucky. The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor will plan and lead daily operations of maintenance for product lines and infrastructure, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong management experience in an industrial setting, broad maintenance expertise, and the ability to implement improvements while aligning with Dyno Nobel's Zero Harm values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Business Management or Engineering discipline is desired.
• 3+ years demonstrated management skills in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a maintenance capacity.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in explosives manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance programs and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Maintenance department at the Graham, KY site.
• Lead maintenance personnel with scheduling and routine tasks including preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades with maintenance teams; support infrastructure and process maintenance.

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor, you will be aaccountable to plan, lead and manage the day to day operations of the Maintenance department to support the product Lines at the Graham, Kentucky site. Lead operations of maintenance personnel with schedules and routines tasks including preventative maintenance needs for assigned areas. Other duties include:

• Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations
• Live and foster Dyno Nobel Corporate Values
• Maintain good personnel relations by explaining company goals and policies.
• Facilitate all personnel actions as required (scheduling, recognition and reward, discipline)
• Conduct communication meetings.
• Makes daily inspection of proper operation and condition of plant process and equipment. Ensures all units and areas are kept in clean and orderly fashion. Takes necessary action to correct and complement findings.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address needed repair work modifications within areas of responsibility.
• Plans and prepares special instructions for areas of responsibility.
• Support manufacturing with design and project support that provides infrastructure and process maintenance/repairs/upgrades as needed.
• Provide innovative equipment improvements to meet Zero Harm and meet/exceed changing customer demands.

We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Business Management or Engineering discipline desired
• 3+ years demonstrated management skills in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a maintenance capacity
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in all of the various processes associated with explosives manufacturing.
• Good working knowledge of the Quality Assurance program and manufacturing processes through previous assignments.
• Ability to interact and discuss issues with regulatory compliance officials.
• Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.
