Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Graham, Kentucky, is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to plan, lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Maintenance department in support of the plant's product lines. You will lead maintenance staff, schedule tasks, and ensure preventative maintenance across assigned areas.

You will champion Zero Harm safety, ensure compliance with HSE standards, coordinate repairs, and collaborate with manufacturing to upgrade infrastructure and processes, helping shape the plant's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Business Management or Engineering discipline desired.
• 3+ years demonstrated management skills in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a maintenance capacity.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in explosives manufacturing processes.
• Good working knowledge of the Quality Assurance program and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interact and discuss issues with regulatory compliance officials.
• Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance department to support the product lines at the Graham site.
• Lead maintenance personnel with schedules and routine tasks, including preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate commitment to Zero Harm and ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address needed repair work and modifications.
• Support manufacturing with design and project support for infrastructure and maintenance/repairs/upgrades.
• Provide innovative equipment improvements to meet Zero Harm and changing customer demands.
