Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and LOTO procedures.
• Experience with capital equipment procurement and installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, and professional development.
• Ensure equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Oversee service calls, machine repairs and troubleshooting with mechanics.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain compliant stockroom for facility consumables.
• Implement an effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.
• Oversee onsite vendor projects.
• Other duties as assigned
