Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant facilities or maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a DOT physical before providing transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote resident safety and satisfaction.
• Performs daily rounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure equipment is operational.
• Maintains MSDSs and trains staff in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, building, and grounds to keep facilities neat and safe.
