Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to lead the Plant Operations department at Norwich Springs Health Campus in Hilliard, OH. You will oversee grounds, building, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

The role requires coordinating daily rounds, managing hazardous materials procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance across state guidelines. Experience in HVAC and transportation safety is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred and a valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus safely and efficiently.
• Must meet state requirements for transporting residents; DOT physical may apply for KY applicants.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department and its activities.
• Ensures safe building maintenance to promote resident welfare and satisfaction.
• Conducts daily rounds to address physical plant and resident maintenance needs; checks equipment.
• Maintains MSDS for hazardous chemicals and trains staff in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs and ensures grounds, landscaping, and parking areas are neat and safe.
