Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities or engineering.
• Significant maintenance leadership experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for facilities and maintenance services across manufacturing, labs, warehouse, utilities, and offices.
• Develop and lead a high-performing, safety-focused team with workforce planning and succession readiness.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance aligned with GMP policies.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, SHE, and Supply Chain to ensure reliable batch supply.
