Job summary

Bora Biologics USA LLC in Rockville, MD, seeks a Senior Manager, Facilities Operations to provide strategic leadership for soft facilities services across Rockville and Frederick. You will supervise staff and contractors, manage budgets, and ensure safe, compliant operations supporting GMP environment needs.

The role partners with Facilities Engineering, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Development, and Supply Chain to optimize space, equipment lifecycle, and capital planning, while driving

Qualifications

• Education and experience: High School Diploma with 12 years facilities operations, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, incl. supervision.
• Experience managing facilities services, service providers, contractors, and operating budgets.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, purchase orders, vendor proposals, and cost management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and facilities-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of soft facilities services to ensure safe, compliant site operations.
• Lead Receptionist and Building Services Coordinator and oversee office moves and space planning.
• Oversee physical security operations, including access control for GMP laboratories, cleanrooms, and warehouse areas.
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and SAP purchase orders; negotiate proposals and monitor performance.
• Support regulatory inspections and quality-system activities within regulated facilities.
