Responsibilities

Ensure preventive maintenance is assigned, completed, and documented in the CMMS.
Assign daily work orders to mechanics.
Address downtime-related issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure facility safety for all associates.
Assist with capital improvement projects for the facility setup.
Provide hands-on help with breakdowns and PMs as needed.
Oversee outside vendors and ensure contractor safety guidelines.
Be an active part of the facility management team.
