PACS seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department in our United States facility. You will plan, organize, and direct programs, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and coordinate services with Dietary, Nursing, and Activities teams.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of boilers, generators, and mechanical systems, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a maintenance/plant position.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Develop maintenance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments.
• Inspect and supervise safety and fire protection programs.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and MSDS requirements.
• Be prepared to handle emergencies and inspections.
