Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a facilities maintenance leader to oversee preventative maintenance, repair of Center facilities, grounds and systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a preferred Associate degree and at least 5 years in building maintenance with knowledge of codes, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, boilers. You will supervise maintenance staff in the absence of the Facility Manager, coordinate with departments, and ensure safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of local building codes, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC and boilers.
• Valid in-State Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of Center facilities, grounds and systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff in the absence of the Facility Manager.
• Oversee training for Job Corps' Work-Based Learning students assigned to the department.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure quality services.
