Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance and repair of the Center's facility, grounds, and systems. The role requires knowledge of building codes, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and related systems.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in building maintenance, with preferred supervisory experience. A valid in-State driver’s license and adherence to company safety policies are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance with codes knowledge.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of the facility, grounds and systems.
• Inspect the work of maintenance staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff in the absence of the Facility Manager/Supervisor.
