Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of our Center facilities, grounds and systems on a day shift.

The candidate will supervise maintenance staff in the manager's absence, train students, coordinate with departments, enforce safety and code compliance, and drive quality workmanship through proactive planning and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance with knowledge of building codes and systems.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license required with insurability.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Performs repair and preventive maintenance to the facility, grounds and systems.
• Inspects the work of other maintenance personnel.
• Oversees training activities of students in the maintenance area when assigned.
• Oversees activities of outside contractors for repairs/replacements.
• Conducts inspections to ensure building systems meet code and safety requirements.
• Coordinates with programs and departments to deliver quality services to students.
