Job summary

Samuels & Son Seafood Co. is seeking a Facility Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA to lead maintenance and reliability programs in a seafood processing and distribution environment.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, oversee preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and safety standards such as OSHA, HACCP, and SQF.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance personnel in industrial or food processing environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and coordinate timely repairs.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and SQF safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and direct maintenance technicians and facility staff.
• Prioritize and monitor daily maintenance work orders and projects.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, refrigeration, and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for facility systems.
