Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting general facilities needs as outlined above
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; intermediate skills a plus
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
• Superior multi-tasking skills
• Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization
• Must be a team player
• Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities
• Willing to learn Company process and procedures, and learn/use proprietary software

Responsibilities

• Clean clubhouse bathrooms thoroughly to sanitation and presentation standards
• Restock bathrooms with essential supplies
• Clean pool and golf course bathrooms to maintain sanitary environments
• Prepare cabins between guest stays including linens and amenities
• Perform deep cleans on cabins on a scheduled basis
• Deep clean office and maintain professional appearance
• Coordinate cleaning tasks around reservation schedules
• Report hazards and facility issues promptly
• Assist Housekeeping Manager with daily tasks and projects
• Provide feedback on employee performance when requested
• Address customer complaints related to cleanliness professionally
