Job summary

FiunEx is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of facility machinery, and to take full ownership of the implementation and sustaining of preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime.

You will supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, develop comprehensive preventive maintenance plans, ensure safety compliance, keep accurate maintenance records, and manage the Infor Facility Maintenance module for streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility machinery.
• Ensure timely repair and upkeep of equipment & facilities to minimize downtime.
• Take ownership and accountability for the implementation and ongoing management of the Infor Facility Maintenance module.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
