Job summary

The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) seeks a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. You will perform building repairs, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain safe, welcoming facilities while coordinating multiple projects.

In this hands-on lead role, you’ll prioritize tasks, support fellow staff, and ensure facilities remain in excellent condition on a schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 244 days per year.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible journey-level experience in building maintenance.
• Experience across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and coordination of multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
