The Facilities Maintenance Lead at Moffitt Cancer Center specializes in complex facility systems and building equipment. The Facilities Maintenance Lead is a trade‑specific expert related to complex facility systems and building equipment. This position assists the Supervisor Facilities Maintenance with monitoring production, planning, coordinating, training, and inspecting the work of staff. The Lead also identifies and locates appropriate parts for the Supervisor to order, performs quality assurance checks, and helps coordinate and facilitate projects. Occasionally the Lead covers shifts and provides input to the Supervisor in the evaluation and assessment of staff.
