Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in property, facilities, or building maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and custodial duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Maintenance Technicians and Custodians.
• Prioritize and monitor maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on projects and resources.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor building systems via web-based management systems.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds work.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and recordkeeping.
