Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general maintenance across campus properties, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, heating systems, groundskeeping, and more. The role supervises maintenance staff, coordinates work orders, and ensures safe, efficient operations of facilities.

Travel to properties across MA, RI, and NH is required, with on-call duties and a Monday-Friday day shift.

Qualifications

Experience supervising maintenance staff.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades.
Strong safety and MSDS knowledge.
Comfort with on-call and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and groundskeeping teams.
Perform and oversee repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other trades.
Respond to maintenance calls and complete work orders using maintenance software.
Maintain grounds and roads, including snow removal and lawn care.
Conduct safety checks on equipment and systems (fire extinguishers, emergency lights).
Set up facilities for events and functions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and MSDS guidelines.
Maintain records of work orders, materials and costs.
Travel to properties across MA, RI, and NH as needed.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues during off-hours.
