Job summary

Topgolf in Glendale, CA is seeking a facilities leader to guide a team of maintenance associates and porters. You will plan and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive work with the Facilities Manager, while maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or facilities teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facilities associates and porters.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with Facilities Manager.
• Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Train and mentor facilities associates to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related needs.
