Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Monitor equipment, systems, and spare parts inventory.
• Contribute to hiring, scheduling, and onboarding of Facilities team members.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and keep budgets within guidelines.
• Ensure facilities standards support guest experience.
• Lead and develop Facilities team and ensure tasks completed on time.
