Job summary

Topgolf Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across our multi-unit venues. You will manage budgets, coach the Facilities team, and ensure safe operations, compliance, and reliable equipment.

The role requires hands-on expertise in building maintenance, HVAC/electrical systems, welding, and a strong safety mindset. You’ll work with the Operations team, schedule varied shifts, and champion Topgolf’s values while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue.
• Experience building a team, highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or Electrical journeyman level experience.
• Knowledge of welding and soldering techniques.
• Building maintenance/ construction knowledge.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on building and grounds maintenance with Operations.
• Monitor operation and proper use of equipment and systems.
• Control department budgets and spending.
• Monitor spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Coach and develop the Facilities team and drive Associate engagement.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring.
• Ensure facilities staff are trained, equipped, and engaged.
• Delegate and follow-up on task completion.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
