Monarch Steel Company, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician to keep four facilities safe and operating. You will perform routine inspections, landscaping, painting, and maintenance while delivering excellent service in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret basic layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential, commercial facilities.
• Residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.

• Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
