Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and repair tasks: material handling, site prep/cleanup, simple repairs, patching, painting, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry support, and small projects.
• Assist with basic hand and portable power tool use as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and trades teams to deliver safe, quality service.
• Help organize supplies, prepare work areas, and troubleshoot basic facility issues.
