Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of the maintenance and repair of buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with repair jobs.
• Ability to make a variety of simple repairs and adjustments to buildings and equipment.
• Possess physical endurance and be in good physical condition with the ability to lift medium weights, operate lifts, use scaffolding, and climb ladders.
• Willingness to perform routine manual work.
• Willingness to work under all weather conditions.
• Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with larger repair jobs.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, dependability, and thoroughness.
