Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Push/pull weight of up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and repair to plumbing and sewer systems.
• Service and repair agency motorized vehicles.
• Maintain security of buildings, vehicles, and grounds.
• Perform snow removal operations.
