Qualifications

• At least 1 year of custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in interior and exterior janitorial needs and grounds maintenance.
• Assists in moving furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required.
• Assists in repair or replacement of doors, windows, walls, flooring, and other wooden structures.
• Assists in repair or replacement of plumbing, electrical wiring, heating/AC, lights, and switches.
• Assists with planting, pruning, fertilizing, transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes.
