Responsibilities

• Assists in interior and exterior janitorial needs, building maintenance, and grounds keeping.
• Assists in moving furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required.
• Assists in repair or replacement of doors, windows, walls, flooring, and other wooden structures.
• Assists in repair or replacement of plumbing, electrical wiring, heating, air conditioning systems, lights, control switches, and other electrical items.
• Assists with planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes.
