Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience performing commercial maintenance on office and retail buildings.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, roofing, fire alarms, plumbing, lighting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions in the best interest of the company.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of buildings and systems.
• Monitor building system operations including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
