Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks, LLC is seeking a Facility Ops Maint Technical to support the daily operations of the facilities and engineering department for the Deer District. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong safety knowledge, and ability to read blueprints and operate Metasys BAS and CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 30 safety knowledge or higher required.
• Experience with facility maintenance in commercial buildings is required.
• Familiarity with Metasys BAS and CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and timely customer service to clients and team members.
• Prepare and deliver job service reports and work orders.
• Oversee building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing equipment and building automation systems.
• Develop short- and long-term preventive maintenance plans.
• Inspect systems for hazards and ensure compliance with codes.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, specs for maintenance tasks.
• Manage work orders and liaise with vendors/contractors.
• Support new construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
