Job summary

You will perform essential maintenance, repairs, and improvements across building systems in collaboration with our operations team to ensure compliance and exceptional service that supports client operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior repairs including doors, tiles, patching, painting, and finishes to maintain safety and professionalism
• Execute lighting maintenance by replacing bulbs/ballasts and assist with equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
• Support tenant service requests and projects such as painting, locksmith work, furniture moves, and relocations
• Conduct facility inspections and walkthroughs, document conditions and identify hazards
• Perform minor plumbing, assist with basic HVAC/electrical tasks, and manage hazardous materials safely
• Maintain housekeeping standards, recognize hazards, and ensure compliance with regulations and JLL safety procedures
