Qualifications

• 3-5 years of building maintenance experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, follow directions and work under supervision.
• Professional image and customer service orientation for all stakeholders.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation based on team size.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
• Maintain life safety systems and safety compliance.
• Complete daily work orders and building grounds maintenance tasks.
• Assist with painting, IT/utility outages, and apartment turns as needed.
• Address customer requests and snow removal tasks; support pool care if required.
