Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English.
• Demonstrated Level II core competencies per site requirements.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task while following directions.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment according to regulations and policies.
• Complete daily work orders and perform building and equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in life safety compliance routines and handle requests such as painting, apartment turns, snow removal, pool care, and other projects.
