Qualifications

• Experience maintaining facilities in large venues or convention centers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Able to access heights >30 ft and work in varying environments.
• Strong communication skills and independent/problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest service and maintain assets to high standards.
• Respond to emergencies and be on call 24/7 as needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering leadership to complete projects on time.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and related systems.
• Inspect premises and equipment regularly for safety and performance.
• Operate facility management software and oversee external contractors as needed.
