Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support maintenance requests from base customers. You will review and process requirements, and potentially set up a monthly In-Service Work Plan (IWP) for time accounting across cost centers.

The role requires data entry experience, a 35 WPM typing speed, and strong verbal and written communication. You will work with a team and engage with diverse personnel to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a work management environment.
• Two years verifiable data entry-level computer experience.
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM with an error rate of five.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player; ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
• Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and processes maintenance and repair requirements from building custodians and other base customers.
• May establish monthly In-Service Work Plan (IWP) for all actual time accounting cost centers and may coordinate the base’s Facility Organizational Customer Utilization System (FOCUS).
