Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance needs for MICU buildings, offices, trailers, storage areas, vehicles, and related facility spaces.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal facility maintenance requests and priorities.
• Review maintenance concerns and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service plans.
• Track open items and follow through until completion; communicate status to management.
