Job summary

Marketech International Corp. USA (MICU) seeks a highly organized Project Administrator to support semiconductor, cleanroom, and high‑tech construction projects.

You will manage documentation, schedules, procurement coordination, and reporting across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and customers. The role emphasizes coordination with Project Managers, engineering, procurement, warehouse, finance, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s in business administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of project administration or coordination experience in construction/industrial settings.
• Experience with semiconductor/industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, files, contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, minutes, and correspondence.
