Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk the property each morning to check for maintenance, touch-up and repair issues.
• Support maintenance and repair of building and grounds across trades.
• Order routine maintenance supplies and services as required.
• Provide building and safety orientation to new employees.
• Ensure policies related to facility maintenance, housekeeping and fire safety are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
