Vision House is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance at our Shoreline and Renton sites. You will handle requests, perform preventive work, maintain facilities, and assist with apartment turnovers to ensure smooth operations.

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations at Vision House’s Shoreline and Renton locations. This role includes handling maintenance requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that the facilities, grounds, and vehicles are well-maintained. The Maintenance Coordinator also assists with apartment turnovers and other routine tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization’s facilities.
REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager
HOURS: Full-Time- 40 Hours per week
LOCATION: Shoreline and Renton
